Looking in from the Gulf, the mouth of the San Bernard is still closed, shut, sealed, and unavailable.
Looking out to the Gulf, the mouth remains clogged, blocked, obstructed and plugged.
- What is being done about dredging, shoveling, deepening, and digging open the mouth?
