
Board of Directors
There are three main Committees reporting to the Board of Directors: Executive, Management and Nominating. All positions throughout the organization are held by volunteers. There is a public election held in September and Board members are elected to a three year term. Board members are limited to a maximum of two consecutive full terms (six years) per the bylaws. The officers of the Board and Management Committees are elected by the Board at the October board meeting. All other committee chairpersons are also elected by the Board as needed.
