Volunteers

All non-profit organizations are only as strong as the resolve of their volunteers and supporters. If you'd like to help Friends Of the River preserve the San Bernard River for future generations, there are many opportunities available for individuals and companies. Whether it's time, talent or treasurers you can offer, we need your contribution.
 
Here are three committees where you can volunteer: 
  • Adopt a Highway Committee, held annually
  • Trash Mash River Cleanup Committee, held annually
  • River Rangers Committee, held during the school year
  • FOR Fundraiser held annually at FOR Community Center
 
 
 
The annual Primeau Memorial Award is presented at the annual State of the River meeting to the person whom FOR feels has significantly contributed toward the spirit and purpose of the FOR mission.
