Survey Vessels Seen on the River

 A US Army Corps of Engineers survey vessel was seen recently traveling up the San Bernard on an investigative mission checking on current river conditions after major flooding from Hurricane Harvey a few weeks before.
 About the same time the COE vessel was on the river, an American Commercial Barge Line Response vessel made it’s way up the river also checking on river conditions. ACBL has towboats on the San Bernard transporting product from the Phillips 66 terminal facility.
