Survey of SB Watershed Protection Plan
Posted on Aug 19th, 2011
Survey Still Active: If you are interested in commenting on H-GAC San Bernard Water Protection Plan, please take this short survey. All questions are voluntary, including your contact information. There are about 20 questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Factoid: A watershed is an area of land that drains to a common waterway, such as a stream, river or ocean. Watershed protection plans, such as the ongoing H-GAC plan (survey above), provides a framework to restore and protect water quality in areas affected by run-off pollution. The plan outlines Best Management Practices (BMPs) that address issues in the watershed and offers a guide for local governments to manage the impacts of future growth on water quality, health risks and ecological resources.
