Patriotic Boat Parade braves threat of storm

Despite threats of Hurricane Beryl poised just offshore predicted to roar up the San Bernard River, eighteen colorfully decorated boats participated in the July 6, 2024 “Red, White & Blue” Patriotic Boat Parade. Link to all boats in the parade.
Gathering to watch the FOR Patriotic Boat Parade on Sat July 6th are the Pudlo Patriots. The group meets annually atop Mike and Barbara Pudlo’s boat dock to celebrate the American Patriots on Independence Day. Patriots were ordinary citizens who rebelled against British control by answering the call to freedom during the Revolutionary War (1775-83).
