Update: City of Brazoria WWTP Temporary Mitigation Activities

Because the condition of the City of Brazoria WWTP has improved, this sign posted by concerned river residents, has been removed. It was located near the WWTP discharge pipe that empties into the river near FM 521.
John Trevino, the new City of Brazoria Public Works director, is going to start providing updates probably every two weeks on the status of the plant. These should include results of their testing and whether they are in compliance with their permit.
