The Dam Report

 Despite heavy rain falling on parts of the river earlier this week, the Phillips 66 spillway on the San Bernard has a minimum amount of water flowing over it on Tuesday morning May 23. The dam is located a couple of miles upstream from Hwy 35 west of West Columbia. Looks like the Lord is willing and the creek won’t rise.
