After a few buckets of rain fell this afternoon (Thu May 19) the river is on the rise again and the docks in some areas are awash with muddy water. Our veteran river prognosticators (there’s more than one) say the river will probably rise a foot above normal river level and then recede –– just enough to make dock washing a regular event.
