Beans, Beans and more Beans

The rain paused long enough at the annual Brazoria “No Name Festival”, on Sat May 16th, for the Friends of the River SB “Taste Buds” team members to judge 24 entries of cook-off beans. Spoonfuls of beans were sampled and scored for appearance, aroma, taste and tenderness. The only requirement for being a FOR “Taste Bud” team member is a healthy appetite and a sense of adventure. Burp!
