San Bernard Water Protection Plan Stakeholder's Meeting Thursday, April 26, West Columbia Civic Center Attendees: F.O.R. Directors John Wallace, Valroy Maudlin and wife Adalia, San Bernard Stakeholders Tom Ronaye, Ken and Linda Wright   A presentation was given of the Recreational Use Attainablility Analysis (RUAA) field study that was conducted on the upper reaches of the San Bernard last summer.
