The Guffey-Wingo Fish Cooking Class

Top-notch local fishermen and self-made chefs, Tom Guffey and Ronnie Wingo, will regale you with stories and tips of how to catch ‘em and cook ‘em at this second public education program hosted by FOR San Bernard. Attendees sit back and watch the fishermen chefs prepare their fish recipes. 
 
Tom Guffey has extensive fishing experience from Matagorda to Sargent since the 1960's but the San Bernard is his "go to" spot. Ronnie Wingo has lived and fished on the San Bernard his whole life.
