It was a beautiful Spring morning on the river, Sat Apr 15, when the Easter Bunny arrived at the FOR Community Center by water taxi. It was driven by Bob Bailey and accompanied by Bunny escorts Cameron Bailey and Eric Lavan. A crowd of excited kids waited anxiously with Easter baskets in hand for Mr. E. Bunny to signal the start of the the hunt. It took only a few short minutes for all 2,000 candy-filled eggs to be snapped up by willing hands.

 

This sixth annual “Easter Egg Hunt on the River” was a free event hosted by Friends of the River San Bernard and paid for by donations to the FOR organization at the October fundraiser “Escape to the Tropics”.
