Phillips 66 will be testing the alarm system at its Clemens Storage Facility south of Brazoria this Sunday morning, May 1st. We do not expect this test to be audible to our neighbors. We will resume our normal weekly alarm test schedule on Mondays at 11:45 a.m.”
