USACE Public Meeting

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Galveston District
has announced a public meeting regarding proposed projects
of modifications to the existing Brazos River Floodgates and
Colorado River Locks to improve navigation along the Gulf
Intracoastal Waterway. A brief overview of the proposed project,
an opportunity to view maps, presentation boards, ask questions
and provide written comments about the project will be provided.
A public comment period on the project starts Mon Feb 26th
through Wed Apr 11th.
