River's End VFD Open House Planned

River's End VFD Station 2 Open House:
Sat Apr 2, noon - 4:00 pm, Las Playas
- "Jaws of Life" demonstration - 3:30 pm
- Kid opportunity to spray water and have photo taken on the fire trucks
- Food, drinks, FREE smoke detectors

The public is invited to River's End VFD's open house to view their new Training Center and meet their firefighters at Station 2, located at the entrance to Las Playas (one mile south of Churchill Bridge on CR 659).
Watch firefighters demonstrate the "jaws of life" used to save lives. Kids will have an opportunity to spray water and get on the fire trucks for photos! FREE smoke detectors will be given away! Don't miss it!
