FOR Environmental Committee Series of Educational Programs
  • Management Strategies for Fire Ants and Tawny Crazy Ants
  • Saturday, March 14
  • 10:00 am - 12 noon
  • FOR Community Center
Attack the red imported fire ants in your yard before they attack you. Arm yourself for battle by attending the FOR Environmental Committee’s second educational program “Management Strategies for Fire Ants and Tawny Crazy Ants.”

We welcome back “Dr. Fire Ant”, Dr. Paul Nestor, Entomologist with Texas A&M’s AgriLife Extension Service, part of the Fire Ant Project Team of the Texas Imported Fire Ant Plan. He’ll share methods that are both effective in controlling the pests and safe for people, pets, and our river.

Public invited. Door prizes. Best of all it’s FREE!
