Environmental Committee Speaker Tonight

Cindy Jordy and Reed Martin from Phillips 66 will attend the FOR San Bernard Environmental Committee meeting tonight at 6:00 pm at Dido's Restaurant. Cindy will educate us about how surface water rights are administered in Texas, tell us about Phillips 66 water rights, and explain the pumping restrictions, reporting requirements, etc., associated with their permit to pump from the San Bernard. Public invited!
