Note - Comment recently emailed to the FOR Board: "Hello, I have been going to the San Bernard since 1979, now I am 850 miles away and miss the river and the good people so much. Guess I have camped at the mouth of the river about 30 times. Last time I camped at the mouth was 2003. I hope someday you can re-cut the mouth and install a jetty to keep the mouth open. Someday I hope to return to one of the most spellbinding places on this earth. Take Care." -Jim B., San Antionio, NM
