State of the River Meeting Planned

 Mark your calendar and don't miss the 10th annual State of the River meeting. FOR Committee members will report on last year’s accomplishments and goals for the upcoming year. The annual Ralph Primeau Memorial Award will be presented.
Speaker is David C. Schwertz, Senior Service Hydrologist, Houston-Galveston Area National Weather Service Office. He will talk about Meteorological and Hydrologic Services for the San Bernard River. He has been actively involved with the Texas Flood Plain Managers Association for more than 20 years and became a Certified Flood Plain Manager in July 2006.
