The 38th annual Christmas Boat Parade, Sat Dec. 9th, took place despite an ominous weather warning predicting a cold front of wind and rain reaching the river during the annual boat parade. These intrepid boaters saw the glass as half full and came anyway! They proved right as the weather was quite balmy. Only towards the end when everyone turned to head home did the cool air reach the colorful and well-decorated boat paraders.
