Santa checks out the mouth

This past Sunday Dec 3, 2023, Santa dove in for a closer look and possible pit stop at the closed San Bernard mouth. He and his team was practicing their Christmas toy run. Earlier in the year, Mike Goodson FOR Director, attended the Tue Feb 14, 2023 Brazoria Commissioners Court meeting where the permit proposal to continue funding the permit to redo opening the mouth permit was approved. The new dredging permit to redo opening the mouth will allow a much larger area to be opened than previously dredged. Keep your fingers crossed in 2024!
