River on the Rise Again!

Did you put all your stuff back on your newly washed-off dock? Too bad cause its raining again and the river is rising again (Sat Oct 31, two feet above normal level and almost two inches of additional rain).
Hope trick-or-treaters are wearing waterproof costumes like the one in the photo - an umbrella spider. BOO!
Oh, the blooming, bloody spider went up the spider web,
The blooming, bloody rain came down and washed the spider out,
The blooming, bloody sun came out and dried up all the rain,
And the blooming, bloody spider came up the web again.
