Friends Of the River celebrate the signing of its first SEP (Supplemental Environmental Projects) Agreement from TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) at Dido's Restaurant. This is a major accomplishment for the F.O.R. Environmental Committee.

Through a SEP, a respondent in an enforcement matter can choose to invest penalty dollars in improving the environment, rather than paying into the Texas General Revenue Fund.
