Series of Education Programs Planned in 2019

Five educational programs are planned again this year by the FOR San Bernard Board of Directors and Environmental Committee. Each will be FREE to the public, feature "subject matter experts" on the topics, and include plenty of question and answer time so that each participant gets the information he or she needs. Three upcoming programs that are in the planning stage include a boater education course, a San Bernard hydrology program, and fishing on the San Bernard. Stay tuned for more information!
First 2019 Program:
- "Keeping Your Septic System Functioning Properly" - understand the operation and maintenance of your conventional septic system or aerobic treatment unit
- Learn about EPA and TCEQ funding available this year to pump out and inspect 25 septic systems in the San Bernard Watershed
