River Advisory - Current Water Level Conditions

This photo was shot during early evening off a dock located about a mile or so above the FM 522 Black's Ferry Bridge.
Update Sat 21 Jan:
National Weather Service predicts the river to crest at the Phiiips 66 Sweeny Terminal on Monday or Tuesday. If their prediction is correct, the FM 521 bridge will see another foot of water above what it was this morning (Saturday). Current speed is 3 mph.
Yesterday's rain along Hwy 59 has the river up 20' at Boling by this evening and the National Weather Service is predicting 4 to 5 ft rise at the Phillip's 66 barge terminal by tomorrow night. Folks between the bridges (FM 521 and Churchill) may have a little water over their docks for a couple of days. Lots of trash heading down river

Great day for highway cleanup on the river but the river is still flowing rapidly and rising slowly.
