Book Signing at Saturday Breakfast

Forty-two friends attended the regular first-Saturday-of-the-month Breakfast Buffet on the Bernard at Dido’s.
 The group was entertained by Timothy Mock, author of “River Rat: Little Green Boat and the Ghost of Granny Lois”. As the book was reviewed, it brought back many fond memories of time spend living on the San Bernard River.

 Shari Runnels Boykin also spoke of Churchill’s history, her family’s business at Churchill – Elmer’s Grocery and of her dad, “Pete” Runnels, who many of us remember.

 Several of Tim’s friends were also in attendance, many of whom were mentioned in his book. Sitting with Tim is one of his best friends Clint "Bones" Finch
Tim stayed after the meeting to personally sign his book that is available on Amazon.
