For stargazers on the San Bernard

Seen at dusk in a clear sky, the bright planet Venus appears over light boat (a towboat without a barge) Capt Pete as it follows two towboats pushing barges filled with product from the Phillips 66 San Bernard Terminal. The three are rounding a river curve just above the Churchill Bridge on Mon Feb 24th. The lead towboat is not seen having already made it round the curve.
