How-o-o-o-o-o-o-l with the dogs
Posted on Aug 19th, 2024

How-o-o-o-o-o-o-l with the dogs at the SuperBlue Moon today

The first of the year’s four consecutive supermoons is set to rise on August 19. TODAY. The rare cosmic combination of a supermoon and blue moon peaks at 1:26 p.m. CST today and throughout the night, the moon will rise higher until just before sunrise.

Supermoons (closer and brighter) are observable to the naked eye and do not require a particular location for viewing. A blue moon happens every two to three years when there are two full moons within a single calendar month.
