You’re invited to FOR’s annual fundraiser “Rock the River” on Sat Oct 12, the nifty-fifty decade of poodle skirts, bobby socks with saddle shoes, hula hoops, slicked-back “duck tail” hair, polio vaccine creation, Rosa Parks rides the bus and the “I Love Lucy TV show.

 

Upon arrival, attendees will be served a complimentary refreshment followed by a meal of fried catfish with all the trimmings. Cobbler dessert is included (sorry, fifties TV dinners not available). Frozen margaritas, beer and other beverages will be available. A live auction is planned with items going to the highest bidder when the "price is right". Here are just a few...
