Forty folks attended Saturday's breakfast to hear Brazoria Mayor Philip Ray speak about the progress being made on the city of Brazoria's wastewater treatment plant. President John Swanson introduced guests Dan Croft, Port Freeport Commissioner, Shane Pirtle running for Position 1 Port Freeport Commissioner, Jay Burridge running for Pct 1 County Commissioner and Pct 4 Constable James Brawner.

Susan Pierce was the winner of the “Just Because Giveaway” at Saturday’s breakfast. The prize was a thermo cup engraved with the FOR logo that will keep her hot drinks hot and her cold drinks cold.
