Justin Hillis, FOR Environmental Committee Chairman:

Many thanks to all the “hot” volunteers who spent a sizzling Saturday morning June 11th, collecting trash along a 30-mile stretch of the San Bernard. This year’s FOR “Trash Mash” event filled a dumpster full of trash and met the goal of keeping the river clean and healthy.

Thanks to Brazoria County Parks Dept for picking up the dumpster and properly disposing of the trash collected at Hanson Riverside County Park area. Also thanks to Director Trey Gilbert for donating the work gloves.
