John Cook of Dow Texas Operations presents Feb. 23 a check to Chaney Moore, president of Friends of the River San Bernard, for environmental and educational programs. It will help fund a Friends of the River Rangers program for youth ages 11 to 15 as well as environmental information kiosks at the boat launches along the river.
