Celebrate Independence Day  with family and friends by participating in the 12th annual FOR July 4th Boat Parade. Boaters line up for the parade just above the FM 521 bridge at 4:00 pm on Sat July 1st and proceed downriver to the FM 2611 Churchilll Bridge.

All boats, large or small, are welcome to participate. It’s FREE, there is no fee. Just decorate your boat and crew in red, white and blue. No lights needed since this is a daytime event. Entrants are judged in (4) categories - best sound, most patriotic, best theme and overall.

Questions answered and information given out to anyone entering the boat parade at the Captain’s meeting on Thu June 29th, 7:00 pm, at Dido’s Restaurant

Winners announced at a Hot Dog Awards Party held at the home of Nelson and Vanessa Taylor, 2909 CR 604, immediately following the parade.
