Houston - will host a Town Hall Meeting Monday, June 26,
at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria of Lake Jackson
Intermediate school (100 Oyster Creek Drive).
He will discuss the recently passed
school finance reform bills, the upcoming legislative
session, and any issues on the minds of his
constituents.
"It's important for citizens to be
able (to) get to meet their representatives face-to-face
and personally share their concerns," said Senator
Kyle Janek.
It's important for
we river dwellers to make the meeting and let Senator
Janek know that the mouth of the San Bernard River is
closed - and we are all concerned about flooding issues.
